Acceptable Use Policy

What you may and may not do with this website, our reports, and any tooling we provide.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses complymynt.com or receives ComplyMynt services.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Breaking any law or regulation, or infringing anyone's rights.
  • Probing, scanning, load-testing, or attempting to bypass authentication or rate limits on our infrastructure without written authorization.
  • Uploading malware, or interfering with the availability or integrity of the site.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation.
  • Submitting unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content, or personal data you are not authorized to share.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or publicly redistributing our deliverables as your own.

2. Testing authorization

When you place an asset in scope for an audit, you represent that you own it or have written authority from the owner (including any hosting or SaaS provider whose terms require notice) to authorize testing. We will not begin testing without that representation, and you are responsible for any claim arising from an unauthorized authorization.

3. Automated access, scraping, and AI training

Automated crawling is permitted only in accordance with our robots.txt and at reasonable request rates. Bulk scraping of site content, and use of our content, report language, or methodology to train machine-learning models, is prohibited without written permission.

4. Use of reports and findings

Deliverables may be shared internally and with your counsel, auditors, investors, and customers under confidentiality. They may not be edited to change findings, presented as a certification, or used in advertising claims that ComplyMynt has not approved in writing.

5. Security research

Good-faith research on our own site is welcome under the responsible disclosure process in our Trust Center. Do not access other users' data, degrade service, or publish findings before we have had a reasonable window to remediate.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with law enforcement. We will use the least disruptive measure that is reasonably available. Report abuse to info@complymynt.com.
