DMCA & Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to properly submitted notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

1. Submitting a takedown notice

If you believe material on complymynt.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@complymynt.com with the subject "DMCA Notice". A valid notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • The URL or specific location of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. What we do

We review notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material that is the subject of a valid notice, notifying the party who supplied it where we can identify them.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) including your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, the District of Delaware). We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless we receive notice of a court action.

4. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

5. Repeat infringers

We terminate access for users and contributors who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

6. Our content

ComplyMynt's site content, report templates, methodology descriptions, brand name, and logos are protected by copyright and trademark law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for permitted uses, including limits on scraping and model training.
